Question
will my insurance cover me if i was involved in an accident and they could not determine who was at fault and at the scene i found out my license had been suspeneded?

Answer
Hello Jacqueline,

Well. It depends on the exact language of your policy. Most policies do not exclude coverage for unlicensed drivers, however, some do. A coverage investigation must be done. If you do have this exclusion, then it is possible that they do not cover the loss. However, if there is no exclusion, you should be covered.
