Question
Does Full coverage insurance pay off the vehicle of the owner if  he or she dies with a remaing balance? Or does the benificiary inherit a car payment?

Answer
Hello Ricky,

No, most auto insurance is for theft and physical damage to the vehicle. You can check with an independent agent to see if this kind of insurance is available for cars. If this already occurred, look at the loan papers to see if there is a "death protection" clause. I don't know if a beneficiary inherits the car payments. Try asking an estate lawyer?
