Question
I was involved in auto accident in November of 2008, and I was not at fault and as result I was treated for soft tissue damage for approximately 5 months. I recently finished treating with my chiropractor with a total bill of approximately $4000. A claim representative from Progressive contact me recently with an offer of $2500 for my pain and suffering. Do you think this is a fair settlement offer? And do I need to get myself and attorney?

well, it is very hard to day if this is fair without looking at all your medical records, and also without knowing your state law.
