Question
MY DAUGHTER WALKED INTO THE STREET AND WAS HIT BY A SUV AND THE DRIVER DID NOT EVEN CALL THEIR INSURER WHICH I DID 3 MOS LATER AND NOW HAVE DR BILLS AND A DENIAL LETTER  WHAT CAN I DO

Answer
If a police report was not made then, then try to make one now. You did not say why the claim was denied. If you have a denial letter in writing and can't get them to change their minds, start looking for an attorney or consider small claims court if the claim is within that amount.

Also, if you have auto insurance, you and your family may be covered as a pedestrian when a car causes the injury.
