Question
Semi turning onto my road from left at T intersection.  I turned left and was struck in rt.front end by vehicle passing semi in no passing zone.  Other driver was charged by state police and witness gave agreeing testimony at scene.  Both myself and other driver insured by same company - different representatives.  My insurance company claims I am 50% responsible.  How so?

Answer
Hello Sandy,

Your insurance company (your representative must do an investigation). A decision based on your state law must be made. Without all the information (i.e. your state), it is very hard to tell you why you are 50% at fault.

Your adjuster has the obligation to explain this to you. The how and why of the decision.
