Was in an accident about 3 months ago where I was a passenger in someone elses vehicle I substained serious injury an due to the fact unable 2 work I want to be compensated but I don't know if there's time to wait due to the fact dat I have no income behind on bills stressed an despressed alon withthe injuries wat should I do

You need to contact an attorney. There are too many issues you need to take care of, and without work, the injury settlement (if you are entitled to one) can take forever.
