Question
What documents do I need to mail to the claims adjuster before they mail me the check from my accident? And how long a period do I have to do so prior to the accident?(I live in York, pa.)

Answer
Hi Jeff,

Unfortunately you did not give me much information. But I woud sayt in any case you should submit any documents as soon as is reasonable possible. Of course there is a statute of limitations which in most cases is 1 year or more from the date of the accident. This will vary by state and the type of claim.

I hope this helps
