Question
i have been imformed that a taillight has been noticed on the company van i have been driving, boss said he had to pay excess + money to fix it but they with-held my wages due to this
is this possible or even aloud?

Answer
How would I know if you damaged the tail lamp on the company van? Since you were working at the time, I would imagine that the company would pay for it, but that is strictly at their discretion. However, if you broke it the general rule is you pay for it.
