Question
i got rear ended, will the other person insurance cover towing and storage charge at tow-yard?

Answer
Hi Sam,

Yes the at-fault persons insurance will pay for "reasonable" towing and storage charges.

You need to contact the insurance company as soon as possible to be sure they are aware of your claim and tell themn the location of the vehicle. If you feel the vehicle will be repairable, you should select a body shop that you would want to do the work. You can then ask the body shop to send a tow truck to transport your car to the shop. But be sure you inform the insurance company that you had the vehicle moved to the shop.

I hope this helps
