Question
What is an appropriate amount for pain and suffering, loss of wages, and so on? I was rear ended last week and I am going back to the doctors today because the pain is getting worse. If injury is worse than I thought, it may put me out of my career as a chef which I am currently attending school for. It is affecting my grade because I can not do my work and if I fail the class it will set in motion a series of events that will cost me a lot of money. Any advice would be appreciated...

Answer
Hello Jennifer,

Your question is extremely difficult to answer. Pain and suffering is difficult to evaluate when you have all the information (medical records, damages, etc).

All your arguments are very sound and will increase your settlement, but we cannot tell by how much.

We suggest this ebook: http://www.settleyourowninjuryclaim.com

Also, contact an attorney for a free evaluation. The may be able to give you a better answer if they have all the facts in front of them http://www.auto-insurance-claim-advice.com/find-a-lawyer.html

Read these pages, they can help you evaluate your own claim (free)

Good Luck
