Question
Hi:
My daughter backed into a person's mailbox...pulling the wooden post out of the ground. The only damage was that the post cracked and will have to be replaced.  No damage to the actual mailbox.  My question is does liability insurance cover the damage to the property and does it include the labor that will be involved in resetting the mailbox into the ground (it was secured with dirt, not cement).  Thank you for your help.

Answer
Hello Debbie,

Yes, and yes,

Liability coverage covers the post and the labor to get it fixed.

I hope this helps,

Good Luck,
