Hi,My QUESTION IS IS IT LEGAL TO REJECT A CLAIM AFTER 5 TO
SIX MONTH? MY TRUCK GOT STOLEN IN JUNE AND I REPORTED IT AND
THEY DIDNT PAY FOR IT IT HAD FULL COVERGE WITH RENTAL AND
STILL KEPT MAKING PAYMENTS ON THE POLICY AFTER SIX MONTH
THEY DENIED MY CLAIM BECOUSE MY LICENCE BEEN SUSPENDED IN
THE PAST AND I ANSWERED A QUESTION SAYING NO MY LICENCE IS
NOT SUSPENDED THEY CLOSED THE CLAIM STATING THAT I DID FRAUD
OR MISINTERPRETATION OF THE QUSTION .HOW CAN I GO ABOUT THIS
CLAIM MY ADJUSTER NEVER ANSERED THE PHONE ,THEY SWITCHED
OFIICES AND THEY NEVER SEND ME A LETTER OF THE NEW EXTENSION
OF MY ADJUSTER HAD A VERY HARD TIME WITH THEM IS THERE A WAY
I CAN FIGHT THIS IT WAS A 2007 VORTEXMAX SILVERADO FOUR
DOOR.

Hi Griselda,

This sounds like you need an attorney. You can first contact your state insurance commissioners office to file a complaint against the insurance company. if that does not help then you will need to find an attorney that specializes in bad faith insurance claims handling.
