Auto Insurance Claims/walmart accident

Question
Well today when I got home from walmart I noticed damage to the front of my car. Its looks as if someone has backed into it with a tow hitch. A decent amount of damage. What am I suppose to do?

Answer
Hi Cathy,

You can try to call the store manager at Walmart to see if they have the security tape from the parking lot for the date and time you were there. If so this may help you find the responsible party. If not then you only have 2 choices. 1) if you have collision coverage you can file a claim on your insurance or 2) pay for the repairs yourself.

I hope this helps
