Question
hi
last week  somebody rare ended me at NJ , we called police and the person who hit me  claimed there is another vehicle pushed her in to my car, my car's whole back side is damaged. now cure insurance denying my claims and i dont have full insurance coverage ,what should i do

Answer
Hi Alexander,

If the police officer was able to see any damage to the rear of the car that hit you, then it would indicate that the driver was telling the truth about being hit and pushed into you. If that is the case then there is nothing you can do. The car that hit you is not responsible for your damage, the phantom vehicle is. Since you have no collision coverage on your vehicle, you will have to pay for the repairs yourself.

I hope this helps
