Question
recently i was in an accident where there was bad road conditions , my car stalled on black ice which the car ended up in the middle of the road in a apartment community while trying to figure how to get my car to the side a car started coming down a hill the car started sliding before the car started down the hill once driver got control of car the driver started on the way down the hill which the driver had to see me stalled out while coming down the hill the driver ran into my passenger's front by the headlight who is at fault ? The insurance of the driver states they cant reach a verdict because the weather conditions was bad and its hard to make an accurate decision. What should i do?

Answer
Hi Marcus,

If you were stopped and the other car came down the hill and hit you then the other car is at fault. You can either argue with them or you can put the claim through your insurance company if you have collison coverage. Then your insurance company will go after the other insurance company for reimbursement.

I hope this helps
