Auto Insurance Claims/5 car accident 2

Question
My insurance is covering for me being hit by an uninsured motorist.  I have 50k in coverage per person( me and my wife) There was damage to the car that was repaired( no frame damage) and me and my wife have been in and out of physical therapy for the last few months and still are hurting( both of us have back pain and I have a rotator cuff and my wife has a huge popping noise in her hip when she stands up with pain.
All of our bills have only been about 3k each so far but nothing is getting better.
My question is: What are "all" the coverages and cost that I can claim and that should be included in my claim pay-off?  It is a little weird dealing with my own insurance company....
