Question
we were involved in a accident a truck hit the side of the car and we both left no police report the car is damaged and we still owe on it can we make a claim.

Answer
Hi Mary,

If you have collision insurance on your car, then you can make a claim to your insurance company who will pay for the damage less your deductible. If the other driver was at fault, your insurance comapny will then go after them for reimbursement.

If you got the other drivers insurance info, then you can call his insurance and make a claim if the other driver was at fault.

I hope this helps
