Auto Insurance Claims/INSURANCE RESPONSIBILITIES

Question
Hi Ron, I was wondering if you could explain to me the responsibilities of both the insured and a claimant following a loss. Is there a specific time frame to report a claim, and for a claimant what are they required to do.

Answer
Short question but way too broad. Make a claim both ways at the same time and see who offers the most, your own insurer or the other guys insurer. Then if your car is undervalued, get one or both of the eBooks at UClaim.com on Total Loss Auto to explain the advantages and disadvantages of being a claimant or an insured in great detail. They will also show you how to increase your settlement and they have a money back guarantee and a very unique "information guarantee".

The legal time frame is "whats reasonable", and that overrides the policy.
