Question
I am trying to find out how to value a liability claim.  Wreck fractured and crushed a small portion of the tibia.  What is the estimated value of the residual use and special injury?  I know the insurance company will offer 80% of the loss.  I am trying to figure the value.
Georgia

Answer
Hello Scott,

Your question is very hard to answer. There is not enough information. Will you recover? how long did you have treatment? Where in Georgia? How old are you? How did this impact your life? etc...

There are simply many variables.

You are encouraged to find a local attorney to help you figure out the value of your claim. They are the best qualified people to give you an estimate.

I hope this helps some,

Good Luck
