Question
My daughter was in an accident the other driver was ticketed never showed to court. Paid the fine no more court date the police report states he admitted he was not looking at the road he was talking to his son. He was driving a company truck there insurance company is trying to say my daughter is 25% at fault. I only had liability. My insurance company told me not to accept. I went and filed for small claims court. Do you think I have a good chance? They also said I will have to pay storage for my totaled truck. Because we have not settled.

Answer
See what the judge says about the fault percentage and get a written statement from your insurer saying they see no fault by you. And get in writing why the other insurer says you were 25% at fault. They owe 75% of the storage if that's what the court says the fault is. If they lowball the value of your truck, get the eBook at UClaim.com Total Loss Auto for Claimants with money back guarantee.
