Question
i had a wreck about 18months ago it was'nt my fault i settled with the othe insurance company can i still get my pip or whats the time frame

Answer
Hello Mickey,

It depends on exactly what your insurance policy says. Some providers require you to report the loss and submit the paper work immediately (or within a reasonable time). Most carriers have the "duty to report losses"

Please see: http://www.auto-insurance-claim-advice.com/Duty-to-Report-Losses.html

The other problem you may have is the statute of limitations of your state, you need to check on that and see if there is still coverage.

You lose nothing by filing the claim and see if they cover it.

Good Luck
