Question
if accident is 100% proven not your fault are the med expenses the only thing included in pain/suff?  I lost only 1 day wage, but had 3300.00 in auto repairs.  Also, do you pay your med. expenses out of the tripled amount recovered or is that in addition to?  Thank you for your time.

Answer
Hello Stephanie,

Your medical expenses are separate than your pain and suffering. Some injuries can be yield 2, 3, or even 4 times the amount of medical expenses for pain and suffering. Some can yield 1/2.

It really depends on your injury and all the circumstances of your claim. Consider talking to an attorney to guide to the process.
