Question
I need to know what an insurance Co obligation to me when there insurer rear ended me.  There car was totaled and mine being a trk with a heavy duty bumper has no physical damage, I was hurt and missed several days of work.  Is there a max the insurance has to cover how do I find out my rights when dealing with this myself without and atty.?  I am looking to have my med bills paid and a few missed days work.

Answer
Hi Melissa,

You are entitled to have your medical bills paid as well as your lost wages. In addition, you may be entitle to payment for pain & suffering. Considering there is no or lettle damage to your truck, you should expect the insurance company to try to low ball any offers for injurie. You should contact them now to get on record that you sought medical attention and lost work.

I hope this helps
