Question
A person hit in it while parked and State Farm has admitted the "at fault" claim.  Kelly BB shows the car value at $4250.  What percentage will State Farm total it in Virgina?  Nashville State Farm office has the claim.  I want to keep the car and have it repaired, about what settlement should I expect?
