Question
My vehicle sustained water damage and cause electrical problems; my insurance said they would cover the damage and now they have closed the case without a settlement.  What is my next step to have my insurance cover my loss?

Answer
Hi Claire,

How you proceed from here depends on many things. If your insurance company in now denying your claim, they must do so in writing and provide you with a written explanation of why they are denying the claim.

Once you know why they are not paying the claim, then you can post your question again providing the specifc details.

Unfortunately what you have provided is not enough to answer your question.

I hope this helps
