Auto Insurance Claims/rollover accident

Question
I was involved in a rollover car accident (I rolled multiple times) going 65mph on a busy hwy. The other driver was deemed 100% at fault.  While I had not broken bones, I have had physical therapy for my neck and shoulder, I continue to have migraines (I have seen and am being treated by a neurologist for this), and have a scar on my forehead from broken glass.  I missed 2 full weeks of work, was on light duty for 2 more, and have missed many hours for dr. appts and therapy.  I was hoping to get advice on a ballpark figure for what I should ask for when I'm ready to settle my claim?

Answer
Hello Brandi,

I cannot give you an accurate answer. There are many variables that come into play, like your age, your state, health condition, how big the scar is, what the medical records say exactly.

There are way too many issues here. Check this website out for a better understanding of injury claims:

There is good information there about how to evaluate your own claim.
