Do Auto insurance have timely filing limit?

Answer
It depends on each auto policy. Most insurance policies do have the "duty to report losses." If an insured fails to file a claim, then they could deny coverage.

There is no "state" limitation on this, but you probably will face the "reasonable and necessary" language described in the link above.
