Auto Insurance Claims/Injury -Dropped off at a parking lot-indian reservation

Question
Since they won't claim liability-Cherokee Nation-won't pay medical fees-can I seek reimbursement from the person's auto insurance co. to whom I was with. I heard that this might be done-fact or fiction? This injury happened in NC.

Answer
Hi John,

Unfortunately, I have no knowledge of dealing with an indian reservation. You can try contacting the other drivers insurance company. You may also want to contact your own auto insurance. That may be more familiar with this type of situation.

I hope this helps
