Question
I was Driving my car on the main highway and hit a moose , the moose came out of the woods like a shot out of a gun . it happen so fast , i was just wondering will my insurance rate go up . i see it as it not being my fault ?  what will happen ? will i have to pay more?

Answer
Ryan,
I'm an insurance claim expert, not an agent or underwriter. This is a better question for your agent. In the USA, in most cases if you are not at fault, there is no premium increase. So my guess would be no, especially if you have proof, such as a witness.
