Auto Insurance Claims/Total Loss

Question
I was recently rearended while stopped at a red light. My car was declared a total loss - 2004 Chrysler 300M Special.  The insurance company is offering me $6300.00 for the settlement.  The problem is, if I was to replace this vehicle, it will cost me $20-25K.  I had no payments and would probably have gotten another 3-5 years out of my car had it not been totalled.  Do I have any options to get more toward replacing a car that was totalled by no fault of my own?

Answer
Joan,
Yes there is plenty you can do, but I can't possibly answer this in a paragraph or two. Plus you don't give the many specific details necessary regarding the insurer's valuation to answer your question with detailed advice for YOUR particular claim. Get the eBook at UClaim.com "Total Loss Auto for Claimants" and read the link on the UClaim product page "A Little Common Sense from Ron". The eBooks have a money back guarantee and include personal consultations with Ron, the author. Talk about value in todays penny penching economy!
