Question
"My semi-truck was in a accident this morning other driver totally at fault. A claim has been filed with other driver insurance .My semi is expected to be in the collision shop for at least 4 days. Each day I lose money, this is my lifeline. Due to the accident I am I am losing money  I want to know if I am entitled to loss of wages/loss of use."

Answer
Hi Rance,

Absolutely. However you will have to prove your lossess. Start putting together any information you can that will help you prove your claim. Statements from employers that you had to take off due to this accident, etc. Then present your proof to the iunsurance company. They will likely try to negotiate with you but lost mosey should not be negotiated unless your proof is sparse or questionable.

I hope this helps
