Question
My daughter was in a car rollover & the driver was at fault.  She had ask the driver repeatedly to slow down but he refused.  On a corner he over corrected and rolled off the road.  My daughter is 27 and received a pin in he femur; other than the scrapes & bruises should heal fine.  She is in her senior year of college, and is employed at a pharmacy part time.  She is to go to med school next year providing she doesn't have to drop out for the semester.  How much does she needs to start at for a settlement range?

Answer
Hi Brett,

When broken bones are involved it is more difficult to determine. You should visit www.collisionwizard.com . It will help you determine the range of value of your daughters claim as well as help with creating a demand package. If at any time you feel the insurance company is not being fair, then you should seek the advice of an attorney.

I hope this helps
