Question
i was a passenger in an auto accident, other driver was 100 % at fault. i was taken by ambulance to the hospital had X-rays and cat scan done of back neck and knee. i had whip lash or strained torn muscle, with pain in lower back and in kneck.i was in physical therapy for 12 weeks .. all medical bills have a total of around 12,000 dollars and have been paid by the at fault drivers ins. i have some lower back pain and muscle spasms still. insurance adjuster said they will be getting  all records from the other ins. adjuster. what do you think my settlement for personal injury should be?

Please provide a breakdown of the medical bills and treatment.  What services were provided at each provider, and what was the cost?

What were the facts of the accident, and please describe the severity of impact and property damage.

Has your doctor released you from care?  Does the doctor anticipate future medical problems because of this accident?

Was this only muscle injury, or was there any other type of more serious injury, like disc or bone injury?

Did you lose any wages?
