Question
It's been 50dys since lost of veh. Claim rep (state farm) still have nt settled nor paid my claim. I've called ins rep several times 2 check status but she only makes promise 2 call with decision but she doesnt keep promise. I've called 2 supervisor's but still no help. Any advise would b helpful. Thank You.

Hi Elaine,

I'm not sure of all of the facts, but, if you feel the insurance company is not treating you properly, you shoudl file a complaint with your state Insurance Commissioners Office.

You can look it up on the web undet (your state) department of insurance.
