Question
i was stopped at a red light when i was rear ended by this guy who said that he pushed the gas instead of the brake, he hits me my face strikes the steering wheel and i fracture my nose (nothing needing surgery) the insruance company is saying that there is no way my face made contact with the steering wheel and that i must not have been wearing a seat belt which i was, they want me to show proof where is would be possible. should i look it up and sent it or make them do it?

Answer
Wow, this is amazing!

You have a broken nose? You want to talk to a lawyer ASAP. Please see this page: http://www.auto-insurance-claim-advice.com/find-a-lawyer.html

Really, there may be substantial damages for you. The "it's not possible" defense will look really bad in front of a jury

I hope this helps.

Good Luck!
Anne.
