a towing co. that works with AAA came last night to tow my car, which was stuck in a small amount of mud... in the front two wheels. he towed me from back, and must have hooked his chain to something WRONG because, the car is ruined. the back of the car fishtails like it is disonnected from the rest of the car. i don't know what i am going to do. i am a single mother of a 15month old and a fulltime college student, thank god i don't have school until friday morning. please help! i am a gold member with AAA and this is the first time i have used their services. it is clear that the towing guy ruined my car, the back of my car was not even in the mud puddle that i got stuck in. any help would be greatly appreciated... i am not a mechanic but i know the car must be totalled. i almost wrecked trying to get to a store to use a phone and call for help. please help! tahnks you so much!

Hi Brandy,

You need to call AAA to file a complaint and a claim against their tow driver. This is not going to be a quick process but you need to call AAA immediately to report this. They will give you instructions. If they give you ant trouble and you have collision & comprehensive coverage on your car, then you can call your auto insurance company for help. They will pay to repair your car and then go after AAA to get reimbursed.
