hi my name is andres palacio ...im seriously concern i bought a toyota tundra 2010 in august 1 2011 at the toyota of orlando,and it was stolen in august 6 2011 and i have been calling the insurance company i.b green in which i have full coverage with them . now they send me a letter sayin that they are not going to pay the truck because i did not include my sister on my policy in which i live with her .she has her own vehicle . i didnt include her on my policy because she doesnt drive my car . (i.b green)insurance has rejected to pay what can i do its been almost two months im desperate to solve this problem i have been looking for lawyers and everybody seems to turn their back on me . im making the payments on the truck and isurance  please give me advise im desperately looking for help.

Hello Andres,

You need to find a lawyer. We are not sure why the issue regarding your sister will bar coverage for a newly acquired vehicle unless she is the one who bought the truck.

Find and attorney and contact the department of insurance and file a complaint.
