Question
Parked car hit by drunk driver (arrested at scene) - driver's insurer  GEICO coming tomorrow.  Car is 2004 chevy cavalier with 40K - only mode of transport for working poor, single, mom with 2 kids.  Need advice on dealing with assumed settlement (car likely a total loss) - lawyers not interested unless there is injury.

Answer
Paula,

Get the car out of storage while you negotiate the claim so charges dont get out of hand. Ask them for a rental car. Get a Total Loss Auto Claim Advice eBook from UClaim.com. It has free consultations and money back guarantee.
