Question
hello there Jane. I recently started buying and selling cars. I recently bought a Nissan March last month. The car has done 70,000 miles. but after buying the car, i did a HPI check and came back and insurance loss, and the REG number and VIN numbers are noted with the Insurance company.

The car has been fully repaired to professional stardards and has passed the Vehicle identity check (VIC).

since then also passed the yearly MOT with no advisory.

Now my question is: What information do I need to mention in the ad. Im going to sell the car. how can i word it? Please help. Thank you. Jaya.

Answer
Hello Jaya,

I'd really like to help you, but what you're asking me is not an insurance question.  All I can say is that if the car has a valid title and has met necessary standards, you are free to sell it as you please.  A potential buyer is also free to run VIN checks on the vehicle to determine its history.

The book, along with numerous informative articles, are available on my website, http://SolutionsForYourInsuranceClaim.com

Experience

12 years of experience with 3 major insurance companies. I hold an all lines adjusters license in Florida. I am well versed in claims handling, claims investigations, and industry standards related to both. The bulk of my experience stems from my 10 years as a police officer / detective. Building on that investigative experience, I became an SIU (Special Investigations Unit) Investigator. Accordingly, my unique expertise lies in the investigation of claims. What is necessary and related, what is not necessary and related? What constitutes a fair claims investigation? What recourse is available for consumers who suspect they are experiencing unfair claims delays? During the course of my experience, I became a certified trainer, instructing adjusters and investigators proper techniques for claims investigation and claims handling.
