Question
REPAIR SHOP COULD NOT MATCH PAINT AND INSURANCE WILL NOT PAY FOR FULL PAINT JOB. IS THE INSURANCE COMPANY RIGHT IN NOT PAYING FOR THIS IN A THIRD PARTY CLAIM?

Answer
An insurer of a third party has no legal duty to you, but their policyholder (the one deemed to be at-fault in the accident) does. Apply your pressure to them, but cc their insurer on your demand letters to be made whole in the loss. Question: who picked the body shop?
