Hello,

Well in a intersection. I had a red light, stop. Heading south going 'straight when it was green. I enter the intersection normal speed. I was in the far right lane going straight, den i was hit on the driver side by a car heading west, he had ran a red light t-boned me. Whos is at fault?

Hi Steven,

The guy who ran the red light is at fault.  You were in the intersection AFTER the light turned green.  You do not have to anticipate that he will not stop, so you were within your rights.
