Question
Hi there I have this simple question after the denial of your claim from other parties insurance what are my option to fight against the denial.

Answer
Hi Rahim,
Since you didn't provide any details about the accident or the reason the company used for denial, I am very limited on how to respond.
If you have full coverage, you can present the claim to your own company and they will repair your car (less your deductible) and if they feel that you were not at fault, they will file against the other company for reimbursement.
Once they recover, they will return your deductible.
The second option is to file small claims court action against the other driver and if you win in court, his company is required by law to pay you.
I hope this has been of help.  If you wish to write back and give me full details of the accident and the reason that your claim was denied, and your state of residence, I might be able to make other suggestions.
I hope this has been of help.
Your feedback by rating my answer will be appreciated.
Sincerely,
Bennie
