Auto Insurance Claims/I WAS HIT!

Question
I was hit today by a pick up truck at the gas station. He was backing up too fast (with ice and snow) on the ground and he hit me; breaking out my tail lights and stuff. I have called the police, they filled a report, and we were told to leave. If I contact his insurance company, will they fix my car? That's all I want is for my car to be fixed.

Once you call his insurance company and file a claim, you should haveo problem getting your car rapidly repaired.
