Like I said I was hoping to avoid legal action but because the difference is about $3000 right now, I'm thinking I can afford to wait this out. Thanks again for your input. I really wasn't 'trying to do it my way' just didn't want to wait for them to 'decide' how to resolve the issue basically because each month the truck would lose resale value and I wasn't sure how the damage would effect the value of the truck. | ||
