Answer
Hi Gabriele,
Please call USAA immediately and report the accident.  They will be required to cover the accident.  Under Insurance Law, they have no legal reasons to refuse coverage.  They are fully aware that you are listed on the policy as a driver with a permit.  The fact that you broke the law and drove without another driver over age 21 in the front seat is not sufficient legal reason to deny your claim.

You will suffer consequences under your state law.  You will probably be issued a citation for driving without someone over 21 in the front seat and the state may suspend your permit for up to 6 months.  If your permit is suspended, please DO NOT drive during that time period.

I trust my answer has been of help, please write again if I can be of more assistance.
Your feedback by rating my answer will be appreciated.
