Question
I was in a weather related car accident no was ticketed. My car is a 2007 PT Cruiser and received much damage so far without a teardown it is $4500 in damage if the frame is bent the insurance company still wants to repair the car rather then total it, I am very concerned with how my car will perform after all of these repairs and I have only made two payments I disagree with the decision to repair do I have any recourse

Hi Sharon,
Sorry to hear of your accident.  Without even checking, I know that the value of your '07 PT cruiser is over $17,000.
One of my cars is an '06 PT cruiser and it's value is still over $15,500.
Your car would not be totaled unless the damage was somewhere around $14,000.
I suggest that you not be concerned with the frame damage.
I am quiet familiar with the new family of frame straightening equipment and know that your frame can be brought back to exact factory specifications.
There is absolutely no reason to fear that it will not perform and handle exactly as it did before the accident.
