Auto Insurance Claims/claim settlement

Question
I was involved in an accident with 3 other passengers.  It was the other's party fault.  We all have different attorneys.  Do we have to wait to settle at the same time because there was more claimants.  Is there any way to expedite the settlement.

Answer
Hi Roziue,
Each person will settle their own claim as they finish treatment and are released by their own doctor.
To 'expedite' the settling of the claim would mean settling before you had finished treatment or had been released by your doctor, or accepting the first lowball offer with out allowing your attorney negotiate for the best possible settlement.  I don't see either one of these as good options.
I hope this has been of help.  Please write again if you have more questions.
Your feedback by rating my answer will be appreciated.
