hi

in the last 5 years i am in a trial in my country israel after i had a car accident that aggraveted my fibromyalgia, here in israel there is no verdict that support this claim so i am asking if you know about any recearch or verdict that support the connection between fibromyalgia and aggravation of fibromyalgia

Dear Guy,

I handled only one such case and we won a settlement, but our state did recognize traumatic inducement or aggravation of that condition.

So I am not of much help there.  The best thing to do would be to send this request to ten attorneys who hold themselves out as experts in this field.

On Google it shows a great many attorneys who belive they are expert in this field.

I would also try to get some pointers on HOW to prove the connection between trauma and aggravation of fibromyalgia.  

Then you can give those proof techniques to your own attorney to aid her in prosecution of your case.  Plus, the attorneys should be able to cite precedents wherein an appellate court has held for the connection.
