i live in central nj going to work pulling into my job  my car slid on ice -they never put any salt down - hitting the curb   in their parking lot and bent the front rim and caused front end damage  car is being towed and looked at -its a public business thatsells to the public like- home depot-  that type IS THE OWNER RESPONIBLE FOR NELEGENCE ?

Answer
Hi Tom,
State law requires that you adjust your driving to take into account traffic and road conditions.
I see no way that the owner of the parking lot could be held liable.
I hope this has been of help.
Your feedback by rating my answer will be appreciated.
