My windshield was broken by a practice ball thrown, between innings, during a khoury league game. I do not have full coverage. I am a disabled person with a disabled placard. Who is responisble for replacing the windshield?

First of all check with your agent and/or your insurance company to determine what your GLASS COVERAGE is and wether it carries any deductibles.  Often time even though you may have a deductible on your COMPREHENSIVE coverage the GLASS portion of that coverage carries no deductible.. check it out.

If you in fact do NOT have FULL coverage who is responsible is a question with several different answers.

Were you parked legally and at a spot provided by the owner of the property/facility whether for handicapped or otherwise?

Do you know WHO threw the errant ball?

If you know who threw the ball what was the AGE of that individual?

If we are talking about a formal league check with the league official(s) and see what they have to say... if they have coverage (General Liability) ask them to report the loss to their carrier...

If that doesn't work out for whatever reason AND you know who threw the ball ask the parent(s) to report the matter to their Home Owners carrier.
